Genesis is a full service architectural practice that works with its clients as a member of a project team that includes the Owner (and/or tenant), Architect and Contractor. Geared towards providing the full range of architectural services, including programming, space planning, preliminary design, design development, construction documents, bid evaluation and contract administration, peripheral services such as ADA site surveys and facility assessments can also be provided. Genesis will also assemble and coordinate, on an as needed basis, a design team that consists of the engineering disciplines necessary to provide you with a fully integrated project including civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design.
