The purpose of the survey was to identify existing architectural barriers to handicap accessibility and assign priorities to help in the Owner’s development of a barrier removal program.The Fullerton facility consisted of eight buildings, seven of which are single story and one two story.  The Brea facility consisted of five buildings, three single story and two two story.  The two sites total over 1,000,000 sq. ft. 

The survey also included access to the sites from public transportation and on-site access between the buildings.At the completion of the survey a report was prepared that specifically addressed each item that was not in compliance with the guidelines of the American with Disabilities Act and rated each item in terms of priority.
