Floor Plans and Photography for Residential and Commercial Markets
DESCRIPTION Genesis Architecture, LLC provides both residential and commercial real estate agents with floor plans and, in the case of residential, interior photographs of their clients’ properties in order to allow prospective buyers/renters to do a more productive on-line real estate search. Besides being an extra selling point to feature, this service also allows agents to have more productive walk-thrus by eliminating properties deemed to have inappropriate layouts by their clients, thus saving time, money and energy.
PROCESS Genesis will visit, measure and draw your property. While there, Genesis will also take interior photographs (for residential) so a prospective buyer/tenant can get a visual representation of the space. Genesis will then prepare a drawing of the floor plan and provide the real estate agent with the plan and photographs for posting on their website, or however else they decide to use the information.

PRICING Residential pricing is based on the number of Bedroom/Home Office/Den spaces. Ask about additional pricing for basements, outdoor areas (Sample Commercial Site Plan) and other unique property features.

All pricing is based on a maximum of 35 miles from Genesis’ Buffalo Grove office. A reimbursable expense of $1.00 per mile will be charged for all locations beyond 35 miles from Genesis’ Buffalo Grove office.
